摘    要:为了提高水轮发电机的稳定性,将发电机输出有功功率的波动作为可测扰动变量,提出了一种基于H∞鲁棒控制理论的水轮发电机调速系统附加鲁棒控制方法(HGARC).该方法避免了发电机方程非线性的问题,简化了控制器的设计过程.利用发电机的暂态能量作为定量评价指标,对HGARC控制效果进行了理论分析,对HGARC进行了不同故障类型的仿真实验.分析结果表明,HGARC提高了发电机抵抗扰动的能力;发电机的暂态能量可以作为一种评价控制器效果的定量指标.

Abstract:To improve the ability of generator for restraining disturbance, a hydro-turbine generator governor additional robust control (HGARC) is proposed based on H∞ robust control theory. The cou-ple and nonlinear problem of generator equation is avoided, and the control equation is simplified. In order to quantitatively evaluate the control effect of HGARC by transient energy (TE), the TE curve is compared with the curve of generator rotor speed under different fault conditions. The theoretical analy-sis and simulation results show that TE is reduced more quickly by HGARC and HGARC is helpful to improve the stability of synchronous hydro-turbine generator. TE can be used as a quantitative index to evaluate the effect of different stability control laws.
