| 摘 要： | 乙烯裂解炉是乙烯生产装置的主要组成部分 ,它的泄漏会造成很大危害 ,如热效率下降、炉膛燃烧温度降低等 ,该文介绍了CBL型裂解炉的防泄漏措施 ,主要有 :炉壁板搭接处采用满焊结构、弯头箱处加强密封、作业门处采用密封结构等 ,通过在国家大型石化企业中广泛应用说明 ,由我国自行开发设计的CBL乙烯裂解炉采取的防止泄漏方法是可行的 ,可有效的起到密封作用

| Abstract: | Ethylene furnace is main part of producing ethylene equipment.Its leakage causes many damages,such as the thermal efficiency is decresed,the chamber combustion temperature is drop.The measure of leakage prevention for CBL type cracking furnace is introduced in this paper.Such as full welding on lap joint of furnace plate,adding sealing on bend box,adopting sealing structure at the operation door,etc.The CBL ethylene cracking furnace leakage prevention method,developed by ourselves,was effective proved by application on SINOPEC enterprises.It can take effect on sealing. |
