具有恒电压源、恒电流源和焊接电源功能的变换器设计

研制了一种具有恒电压源、恒电流源和焊接电源功能的变换器.该变换器以ATmega16L单片机、移相控制零电压开关控制器UC3875为核心组成控制系统.通过功能鉴别电路和软件相结合的方法,在一台设备上分别实现了恒电压源、恒电流源和焊接电源的功能.实验结果表明,电路运行可靠,功能切换迅速,负载适应性好,具有良好的恒电压、恒电流和焊接特性.该变换器设计合理,操作使用方便,人机界面友好,效率高,实现了在一个变换器上实现多种功能,结构紧凑,能够满足多种电源使用场合的需要,具有良好的推广价值.
