基于遗传算法的带式输送机变频调速控制系统

摘    要:针对带式输送机运行过程中存在的启动速度不稳、启动转矩响应慢和突加负载时速度调节器难以满足控制系统的性能需求,提出了基于遗传算法和空间矢量调制技术的直接转矩控制系统。仿真和实验结果证明,与传统方法相比,该控制系统启动平稳,启动转矩大,具有良好的动、静态性能和鲁棒性。

Abstract:To solve those problems associated with locomotive haulage of belt conveyer,such as unstable starting speed,slow starting torque and speed regulator can’t satisfy performance when sudden loading,a direct torque control system which is based on genetic algorithm and space vector modulation was presented.Simulation and experiment result show that this control system has smooth starting speed,large starting torque,better dynamic and stable performance,and robustness compare with conventional strategy.
