Abstract:The concept of real estate development potential is put forward. With the urban residence as the object of study, the competitiveness theory, the theory of supply and demand, the theory of human residence environment and the theory of city development are synthesized, and the support system of city residence development potential is completed. On the foundation of analyzing the influence factor of urban residence development, the indexsystem of city residence development potential is constructed. And the proper mathematical model is selected to appraise the city residence development potential.
