制备浅色烷基糖苷的研究

摘    要:结合直接苷化法生产水溶性烷基糖苷,提出了一些改善烷基糖苷色泽的具体措施,并从反应体系的设计、直接合成反应条件的优化和烷基糖苷的精制等3个方面进行具体探讨。选择恰当的工艺和添加合适的助剂必将能制得浅色烷基糖苷。上海发凯化工有限公司成功制出Klette色度≤20的APG0810产品。浅色烷基糖苷将成为新一代绿色功能表面活性剂的典型代表。

Abstract:Some specific techniques were put forward in the paper based on the direct glycosidation reaction for the decolorization of water soluble alkyl polyglycoside.Further procedure was discussed in detail on the process design,optimization of the reaction condition and refining of the alkyl polyglycoside.The results showed that light colored alkyl polyglycoside can be obtained under the appropriate conditions with the addion of suitible auxiliary.Shanghai Fine Chemical Company has produced successfully APG0810 p...
