风车型双连住宅楼板变形和受力问题的分析研究

摘    要:风车型双连住宅建筑布置合理,结构上采用部分异型框架柱,满足了居室无柱角突出的要求,很受欢迎。但结构布置复杂,中间连接部分宽度小,楼板薄弱。设计人员对在水平力作用下连接部位楼板的变形与受力问题很关注。本文采用考虑楼板变形的计算机程序分析了在水平地震力作用下的内力与变形,并按串并联多质点振动体系输入地震波进行动力时程分析,研究了在整个地震过程中,连接部位的最大动力反应值。分析表明:只要对连接部位的楼板采取适当措施予以加强,这种结构是可以满足抗震要求的。

Abstract:The apartment building with double-windmill plan shape is reasonable in its architectural functions, but rather complicated in structural design. As the width of the connecting floor between the two parts is very narrow in comparison with those of other floors, its stiffness is correspondingly weaker, thus requiring the designers to pay more attention to the deformation and- internal forces of the connecting floors.In this paper, the structure of such building under earthquake actions has been analyzed by computer program in consideration of the deformation of floors. In which the "series-parallel multiple mass particle system" calculation scheme and direct dynamic analysis with imput earthquake waves are adopted and the maximum dynamic responses of the structure during earthquake period studied. It shows that this building system may satisfy the needs of aseismic design provided that the corresponding aseismic constructional details have been incorporated.
