| 摘 要： | 综述了新型工具系统的发展过程、特点及应用情况 ,着重分析了HSK工具系统的刚度和承载能力、夹紧力、动平衡、测量技术、材料和热处理等几个关键问题 ,指出了尚待解决的一些重要问题 ,提出了今后研究的途径以及我国开发高速加工工具系统时应采取的策略。

| Abstract: | The development process, characteristic feature and application status of new-style tooling system are reviewed? Several key problems, such as the rigidity and load capacity, clamping force, dynamic balance, test technologies, materials and heat treatment of HSK tooling system are analyzed? Some important problems to be solved are pointed out? The research approaches in the future and the strategies which should be adopted when our country develops the tooling system used in high-speed machining are put forward? |
