摘    要:研制了XK3190手持式称重仪表控制系统。该系统主要是通过接收机与译码电路来实现重量信号的解调及向二进制数字信号的转换、进而通过单片机89C55及其模块化结构的程序设计对该仪表的称重功能进行控制的。测试表明,该仪表与无线数传电子吊称配套使用,具有性能稳定、测量准确、抗干扰能力强、携带方便等特点,已达到国际计量组织三级称标准。

Abstract:The control system of XK3190 hand-held weighing instrument is introduced.The demodulation of weight signal and conversion of binary system digital signal are accomplished through receiver and decoding circuit.The weighing purpose is accomplished through 89C55 monolithic processor and modularized software.Using with wireless digital signal transmission electro-hanging scale,the system has the properties of steady performance,accurate measurement,anti- interference ,taking expediently and so on.It has reached the third-class standard of OIML interference.
