摘    要:以舰船筒型结构的全封闭型隐身桅杆为研究对象,利用SCADAⅢ数据采集器及CADA-X信号分析系统和相关设备对其进行强度与振动试验,用试验获得的数据与有限元计算的结果相比较,从而验证三维有限元法的可靠性。同时获得了一些关于这种复杂结构形式的桅杆在舰船不同纵(横)摇角、周期及桅杆压载情况下,结构强度有意义的研究成果,为隐身桅杆的设计提供参考。

Abstract:With the totally enclosed and body-concealed mast as the study object,the strength and vibration experiment for the mast is carried out primarily using SCADAIII data collecting implement and CADA-X signal analysis system and relative device.Reliability of 3-D finite element method is verified with comparison with data attained from the test and calculated results obtained from FEM.Some meaning results of the strength of the mast when ship is in different angle of trim(or heel),different cycle of pitching(or rolling)and the different load on the mast are obtained which may do some help to the mast design.
