现代城市更新的经济学视野

“城市更新”是20世纪中期在欧美许多城市中普遍进行的一场旧城改造运动，意在解决城市住宅匮乏的问题和振兴城市。从经济学角度看，这是土地经济价值的不断变化以及价值逐步实现的过程。本文依据城市土地开发的基本经济理论，从土地的空间经济特征和时间经济特征两方面探讨了在这一过程中经济的运作情况及其发挥的作用，最后基于我国城市发展的现状和存在的问题，提出了其对我国的借鉴意义。

Modern urban renewal in economic view

Urban renewal was a prevalent movement of old-city-rebuilding in many cities of Europe and North America during the middle of the 20th century. The problem of housing lacking and regenerating the cities would be solved. According to economic view, it's the process of the movement and the realization of the land's economic value. By the basic economic theory of urban land development, the economic action and effect are discussed during the movement through the spatial and timeliness economic character of land development. Finally, based on the status quo of our country development and the existing problem, the use for reference meaning for our country is put forward.
