反相乳液聚合制备耐盐性高吸水性树脂

摘    要:以石油醚为分散介质,Span60和十二烷基磺酸钠(SLS)作为乳化剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用反相乳液共聚合成了AA/ANa/AM耐盐性高吸水性树脂.研究了单体、交联剂、中和度、反应温度、乳化剂、共聚组成等对树脂吸液能力的影响,得到最佳工艺条件下吸水率及吸盐率分别为753.5g/g和158.6g/g.

Abstract:The AA/ANa/Am superabsorbent resin with high absorbability in saline and high absorption rate was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization,with petroleun ether as dispersing medium,Span60 and SLS as emulsifier,N,N-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent.The effects of corss-linking agent,neutralization content,reaction temperature,emulsifier agent and copolymeization on the characteristics of products were invertigated.Under the best polymerization condition,water absorbility 753.5g/g and in saline 158.6g/g(0.9%Nacl) respectively.
