| Abstract: | This work describes practice of replacement of dry ice by liquid nitro- gen in production of xenon purification,as well as relative improvements of equipments and experiments. It presents cleaning of contaminants invprimary xenon,cooling and gas guiding of xenon purification tower. The work summarised optimum operation method of xenon pro- duction. |
