钴基合金粉末等离子弧堆焊的显微结构

摘    要:对钴基多元合金粉末等离子弧堆焊层的金相组织、X射线衍射、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)的研究结果表明,合金层基体为具有(200)晶面择优取向的Co基固溶体,Co基固溶体中存在许多堆积层错;与固溶体组成共晶体的碳化物主要为具有六方点阵并含有层片状孪晶的(Cr,Fe)7C3。

Abstract:The layer of cobalt-base alloy plasma arc powder surfacing has been investigated by using microstructure, X ray diffraction, SEM and TEM. The results showed that the alloy layer was composed of cobalt-base solid solution with the preferred orientation at (200)crystal plane, and there were a lot of stacking fault ribbons lying in cobalt-base solid solution. The results also showed that the carbide which composed eutectic with solid solution was(Cr,Fe) 7C 3 having hexagonal lattice with lamellar and flake twin.
