大体积承台混凝土温度裂缝控制措施及效果分析

摘    要:常州高架一期工程中西林大桥(斜拉桥)的承台为大体积混凝土。为防止大体积混凝土裂缝,从原材料选择与配合、浇筑温度、冷却水管埋设与控制、内表温差控制、混凝土拆模与养护等5个方面采取措施和介绍了温度监控实施方案,并从监测的温度记录,说明了冷却管的温控效果。

Abstract:The footing of Xilin Bridge (cable-stayed) in the Project of Changzhou Viaduct (I) is built by massive concreting. To prevent the mass concrete from cracking, measures are taken in five aspects, such as selection and adaption of materials, grouting temperature, burial and control of the cooling coil, control over difference in the internal and external temperatures, formwork removal and cure of concrete, with the proposal for temperature control. From the temperature record monitored, the control results are shown.
