改性环氧树脂涂料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用马来酸酐单体(MA)对双酚A型环氧树脂(E-51)改性,得到改性环氧树脂(EpM),通过正交实验法确定了改性树脂的制备及固化工艺,并通过红外光谱和热失重分析对产物及固化物进行了表征。结果表明,EpM最佳制备工艺:催化剂N,N-二甲基苯胺添加质量分数2.0%,阻聚剂质量分数0.075%(基于对苯二酚),反应温度80℃,反应时间2.0 h。固化最佳工艺:氧化剂过氧化苯甲酰添加质量分数2%,促进剂N,N-二甲基苯胺质量分数0.6%,交联剂苯乙烯质量分数20%。EpM的合成机理为环氧开环酯化反应;产物中出现了马来酸酐的特征官能团;其热分解温度可提高到418℃;漆膜耐腐蚀性、附着力、冲击强度均有提高。

Abstract:The modified epoxy resin(EpM) was obtained by using maleic anhydride monomer(MA)as modifier of bisphenol A type epoxy resin(E-51).The preparation and curing process were determined by orthogonal experiment and the products before and after curing were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.The results showed that the optimum preparation process of EpM was as followed:catalyst N,N-dimethyl aniline mass fraction 2.0%,mass fraction of inhibitor(based on hydroquinone) 0.075%,reaction temperature 80 ℃ and reaction time 2.0 h.The best curing technology was as followed: oxidants benzoyl peroxide mass fraction 2%,promote agent N,N-dimethyl aniline mass fraction 0.6% and crosslinker styrene mass fraction 20%.The EpM synthesis mechanism was open-loop esterification of epoxy.The product had maleic anhydride characteristics functional group and the thermal decomposition temperature was up to 418 ℃.The resistance to corrosion,adhesion,impact strength were improved.
