液体环氧树脂精制工艺改进研究

摘    要:研究了液体环氧树脂精制工艺中加碱方式和用量,助催化剂种类及用量以及反应时间等对产品质量的影响,得到了最优精制工艺:第1次NaOH用量为粗树脂中有机氯物质的量,反应时间0.5 h;第2次NaOH用量为粗树脂中有机氯物质的量的2倍,滴加时间1 h,反应时间1 h,助催化剂异丙醇加入量5‰(基于粗树脂质量)。精制时加入助催化剂可增强NaOH与树脂可水解氯的反应程度,提高NaOH利用率,使其消耗量降低40%,废水总量降低40%,具有良好的应用价值。

Abstract:The effects of method and amount of addtion alkali,types and amount of cocatalyst and reaction time on the product quality of liquid epoxy resin refining process were investgated.The optimal refining process was obtainded.The first additon amount of NaOH was equal molar of the organochlorine of crude resin and reaction time was 0.5 h.The second addtion amount of NaOH was 2 times of the organochlorine molar amount of crude resin.The addition time was 1 h and reaction time was 1 h.The cocatalyst isopropanol amount was 5‰(based on quality of rough resin).The reaction degree of NaOH and hydrolyzable chlorine could be enhanced by the addtion of cocatalyst and the NaOH utilization was improved.The consumption of NaOH was reduced by 40% and the total wastewater amount was decreased by 40% with a good value.
