| 摘 要： | 多级长皮带联合调速节能系统是为降低带式输送机空载、半载恒速运行造成的电能浪费而设计的控制系统。它采用二维模糊控制算法同时控制多条带式输送机牵引电动机的转速,使得每台带式输送机带速与运量都能合理匹配,实现运输系统的整体节能。本文着重介绍本节能系统中二维模糊控制算法的设计。

| Abstract: | The speed control and energy-saving system with multiple stage long belt is a control system.It is In order to reduce energy waste which caused by belt conveyor no-load or half load.It uses two-dimensional fuzzy control algorithm to control every motor speed.Each belt conveyor belt speed and volume can be a reasonable match.Then we can achieve the overall energy of the transport system.This article focuses on the design of two-dimensional fuzzy control algorithm of this energy saving system. |
