| 摘 要： | 手机短信增值业务在人们的生活中已经越来越普及,它不但极大地方便了用户,同时也为移动互联网运营商和服务提供商带来了可观的经济收入。一套统一高效的管理平台系统已经成为手机短信增值业务能否成功发展的关键因素。本文分析了SP综合管理系统的功能性需求,提出了基于ASP.NET的管理系统设计方案,对关键模块系统进行了开发并完成了相关程序的调试工作,运行效果良好
