摘    要:以壬酸和醋酸乙烯酯为原料,硫酸汞为催化剂,通过乙烯基交换反应制备了壬酸乙烯酯。采用气相色谱研究了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间对产率的影响,建立了内标法检测分析方法,并以气质联用及核磁共振对产物的结构进行了分析和表征。结果表明,当壬酸与醋酸乙烯酯物质的量比为1∶7,催化剂用量为原料总质量的1.5%,反应时间为6 h时,产物产率达92%以上。

Abstract:Vinyl pelargonate was synthesized by transvinylation with pelargonic acid and vinyl acetate as row materials and mercuric sulfate as catalyst.The effects of material ratio,dosage of catalyst and reaction time on the yield were investigated by gas chromatograph and the internal standard method was established for detecting and analyzing.The structure of the product was analyzed and characterized by GC-MS and 1HNMR.The results showed that the product yield could reach above 92% as the reaction conditions as followed: mole ratio of pelargonic acid to vinyl acetate 1∶ 7,catalyst dosage 1.5%(based on the reactants amount) and reaction time 6 h.
