| 摘 要： | 风险识别是房地产项目投资风险管理的第一个环节。房地产项目投资风险识别的根本目的在于提前洞察和发现房地产项目投资中所面临的各种风险,并对这些风险进行分类和细化,为房地产项目投资风险评价打下坚实的基础。本文首先阐述风险识别的内涵、特性、过程与内容,其次指出了风险识别中存在的问题,最后基于房地产项目生命周期对房地产项目投资风险进行了详尽的全过程识别。

| Abstract: | Risk identification is the first link of the management of the real estate investment.The primary purpose of risk identification is to find all the risks in the real estate investment in advance,then to classify and further detail the risk for making a solid foundation to the real investment.This paper expounds the connotation,characteristic,course and content of risk indentification,and points out the problems.In the end,it gives an overall process identification based on the life-cycle of the real estate investment. |
