| 摘 要： | 利用CAE技术对小尺寸显示器壳体与按键注射模成型缺陷进行分析,提出4种改进方案,对改进后的方案进行模拟,根据模拟分析结果,提出了合理的注射成型工艺方案。模拟结果显示,用模具CAE技术解决注射产品设计、模具设计及成型过程中存在的缺陷,具有快速、准确、方便、高效等优势,可缩短模具制造周期,降低成本,提高生产效率。

| Abstract: | Short shot,a forming defect in the injection molding process for an LCD of small size was analyzed using CAE technology.Four improvement plans were proposed and simulated and a feasible injection molding process was worked out.The result indicates that CAE technology has the advantages of quick speed,high accuracy,convenience and high efficiency in solving the problems in design of injection molding products,moulds and forming processes.The manufacturing cycle can be shortened and the production efficiency ... |
