摘    要:自矿区环境中筛选并培养出了嗜水气单胞菌,对配置的模拟含Cu^2 废水和实际矿山含铜酸性废水采用嗜水气单胞菌进行了试验研究,同时探讨了吸附机理。结果表明,影响该菌体吸附Cu^2 的主要因素有溶液pH值、预处理方式、吸附时间以及共存离子、菌体浓度等;在一定条件下,该菌体能有效吸附Cu^2 ,实际矿山含Cu^2 废水经二次吸附可达标排放。机理分析表明,菌体中的NH2和C=O是微生物菌体吸附Cu^2 的主要基团。

Abstract:The A.hydrophila, which had been selected and cultivated from mine area, was applied in treatment of man-made Cu 2+-containing wastewater in the laboratory and real acidic Cu 2+-containing wastewater. The principle of its adsorption process was probed. The results show that the main factors which affect the lead uptake are pH value?ways of pretreatment?contacting time?co-existing ions?A.hydrophila concentration in solutions, etc. It was able to adsorb Cu 2+ efficiently. After two steps of the treatment, the concentration of heavy metal Cu 2+ in solution met the standard for treating wastewater. It was found that NH_2 and C=O on the cell wall of A.hydrophila act as the main functions of uptaking lead.
