库区风浪与土石坝超高

摘    要:土石坝超高的大小,密切关系到土石坝的安全与经济。超高的确定,须考虑这样一些因素,如:设计洪水通过水库时,库水位的上升量;水面风壅高度;风浪要素与风浪爬高;为确保大坝安全而必需计及的其它因素及附加安全裕量。本文对这些因素逐一加以论述,评价了各种计算方法,推荐了一些新的计算公式,并提出了需进一步研究的问题。同时,鉴于防浪墙的广泛采用及其经济效益,本文论述了防浪墙上的波浪荷载计算方法。


Water Waves in Reservoirs and Freeboard of Embankment Dams
Abstract:The freeboard allowance relates closely to the safety and economy of embankment dams.To determine a value for freeboard,the following must be considered,rise in the reservoir surface due to routing of the design flood through the reservoir;wind set-up of the water surface;wave elements and run-up of waves on the dam;other factors to be considered and further allowance to be added in order to assure the safety of embankment dams. This paper discussed the above factors one by one,evaluated the various methods of computation,recommended some new formulas and proposed the problems which should further be investigated.A wave wall,an alternative means to seduce the quantity of fill,is widely used in the world,so this paper discussed also the methods of computation of wave loads on it.
