摘    要:在13.0~27.0MPa的宽广压力范围内,对28×6mm的12CrlMoV垂直上升四头内螺纹管的壁温特性进行了试验研究,试验在国产600MW超临界锅炉水冷壁变压运行的参数范围内进行,研究了管壁温度随压力、质量流速、热负荷和工质焓的变化规律,为超临界变压运行锅炉的设计和运行提供可靠的数据。图8参3

Rules Governing Temperature Variations of Water Walls with Rifled Tubes in Once Through Boilers during Gliding Pressure Operation
Abstract:The paper reports on test results of wall temperature characteristics, of quadri rifled vertical riser tubes in the pressure range of 13.0~27.0MPa, obtained on domestic manufactured 600MW super critical boilers during gliding pressure operation. The rules that govern tube wall temperature variations with changing pressure, mass flow, heat load and medium enthalpy were studied and reliable data have been provided for the design of super critical pressure boilers intended for gliding pressure operation.
