| 摘 要： | 素质教育已经成为现代教育的核心。职业技术教育的实验教学不但要注重学生知识和技能的提高，更要注重学生综合能力的提升。笔者根据化学实验教学的特点，分析了化学实验与学生查阅能力、思维能力、操作能力、观察能力、表达能力等七个方面之间的关系，着重阐述了指导老师在实验教学环节中如何引导学生提高自身的综合素质。

| Abstract: | As quality education has been the core of modern education,great attention should be paid to improving students' non-intelligence ability as well as students' knowledge and technical skills in chemical experiment teaching of vocational & technical education. In accordance with the characteristic of chemical experiment teaching,the author briefly analyzes the relationship between chemical experiments and students' abilities in consulting,operating,expressing,creating,cooperating,etc,and emphatically states how the teacher guides students to improve their comprehensive quality during experiment teaching. |
