| 摘 要： | 我国医院手术室一直沿用洁净手术室的技术概念,最近国外大量医学实践的科学统计结果,显示"层流手术室"多数手术后感染率SSI有上升的趋势,而SSI是医院重要的医学考核指标。因此医院手术室采用"洁净"的技术概念值得推敲。

| Abstract: | The technical concept of clean operation theatre has long been used in hospital of China. The statistics from large amount of medical practices in foreign nations demonstrated that SSI Showed the trend of growth for a majority of laminar flow operation theatres The ＇clean＇ concept of operation theatre was worth of analysis, since SSI was an important data for hospital evaluation. |
