钢管表面缺陷漏磁场与漏磁信号分析

摘    要:分析了钢管表面缺陷漏磁场的分布;定性分析了孔洞和矩形槽缺陷的频域特性,并讨论了缺陷深度、励磁电流、周向检测探头旋转速度对矩形槽缺陷漏磁感应电压信号峰值和峰峰值的影响,得出评价缺陷深度要考虑的因素。实验结果和分析结论可为缺陷定量识别和现场实际应用提供依据。

Abstract:The vertical and horizontal magnetic fluxleakage fields for pipe surface defect inspection are ana-lyzed and simulated. The characteristics of hole and slotdefect signal in frequency domain are analyzed. The de-fect depth, magnetic current, rotating speed of circumfer-ence inspection sensors, which affect the amplitude andpeak--peak value of magnetic flux leakage signals in pipeinspection, are stated in this paper. Signal characteristicsand some influence factors should be considered duringthe estimation of defect depth. These conclusions are use-ful and helpful for workman in practical applications.
