太湖大道三渣底基层冷再生研究

摘    要:简要介绍了无锡市太湖大道原路面基层材料的结构、三渣底基层材料取样的筛分式试验结果、新路面设计中的三渣底基层冷再生原理.对三渣再生前后的三渣表面弯沉、高程进行了检测,对材料的抗压强度进行了试验,检测和试验结果表明:再生后三渣基层的体积质量提高较大,强度可达高速公路和一级公路的标准.从施工方面看,三渣底基层水泥再生与换用二灰碎石相比,不仅经济效益好,而且施工速度快.

Abstract:A brief introductions is made to the structure of the subbase course materials on the former pavement of Taihu Main Road in Wuxi city, the results of the sample screening tests on the subbase course materials of the 3 dregs (crushed stones, loess and lime), and the principle of the cold regeneration of the 3-dreg subbase course in the design of the new pavement. Detected are the surface deflection and elevation of the 3 dregs before and after the cold regeneration, and tested is the compression strength of the materials. The detection and test results reveal that the volumn quality of the 3-dreg subbase course greatly improves after the cold regeneration, and the compression strength can attain the standards of the expressway and the first-class highway. In view of the construction, the cold regeneration of the 3-dreg subbase course, as compared with the substitutes of 2 ashes (cement and lime) and crushed stones, is of both good economic returns and rapid progress of construction.
