| 摘 要： | 以酒泉钢铁(集团)有限责任公司不锈钢酸洗热处理分厂中厚板固溶热处理线为研究背景,介绍控制系统的结构和配置,阐述燃烧控制、淬火机喷水控制以及全线顺序控制等基础自动化级控制系统的功能及特点,论述固溶炉加热工艺控制、淬火机淬火(固溶)工艺控制和全线过程跟踪等过程控制级系统原理及功能。该热处理线于2010年11月投产,控制系统运行稳定,控制精确,各项指标达到或优于设计水平。

| Abstract: | Based on plate roller hearth heat treatment line of Stainless Steel Pickling Heat Treatment Branch in Jiuquan Iron and Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.,structure and configuration of control system are introduced,functions and characteristics of basic automation level,including combustion control,spraying control and sequence control,are described,and principles and functions of process control level,including heating process control,quenching(solution) process control and process tracking control,are discussed.The treatment line has put into operation in November of 2010,running of control system is stable,control is precise,and indexes reach or exceed design level. |
