抗紫外线泡沫整理工艺的优化

摘    要:采用泡沫整理技术对棉织物进行抗紫外线整理。研究了整理剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间、发泡机进气量、发泡机车速等因素对整理后织物抗紫外线性能、白度和透气性的影响。结果表明,泡沫整理的织物白度和透气性变化不大,具有良好的服用性能;越温和的焙烘条件,整理织物的抗紫外线性能越好;发泡机进气量越小,织物的抗紫外性能越好;发泡机车速加快,织物的抗紫外性能变差。优化的泡沫整理焙烘条件为140℃,2 min。

Abstract:Anti-UV finish of cotton fabric is carried out with foam finishing technology.Influences of resin concentration,curing temperature and time,the air flow rate and working speed of foaming machine on anti-UV property,whiteness and permeability of treated fabrics are studied.The results show that the treated fabric features good wearability with little changes in whiteness and air permeability.Mild curing conditions and low air flow rate of the foaming machine are beneficial to the anti-UV property.The anti-UV property gets worse when speeding up the foaming machine.The optimum foam finishing process is curing at 140 ℃ for 2 min.
