轧辊可靠性分析

摘    要:针对轧制过程中轧辊存在的折断、表面剥落等失效问题,采用数值分析方法,结合累计损伤理论、损伤容限分析理论和疲劳可靠性分析方法,对轧辊的失效问题进行了研究,分析了轧制道次的场变量,对轧辊寿命进行了预测和可靠性计算。

Abstract:During rolling, there are mill roll breakage and pilling. Numerical analysis method, combined with cumulative damage theory, tolerable limit damage analysis theory and fatigue reliability analysis method, was applied to research mill roll reliability. Develop field variables of rolling pass, predict the life of mill roll and calculate the reliability of mill rolls.
