摘    要:介绍20CrMnMo钢的热处理工艺优化试验过程。在试验中采用新的热处理工艺,研究不同热处理工艺下20CrMnMo钢的力学性能。通过试验找到了适合此钢的亚温淬火回火热处理工艺,使它的各项力学性能指标达到产品所要求的技术指标和使用要求,并且应用在实际生产中,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:This paper describes optimization of heat treatment process for the 20CrMnMo steel.A new heat treatment process was tested and the microstructure and mechanical properties of 20CrMnMo steel were studied.Repeated tests were performed to find the metastable quenching and tempering process for this steel.The mechanical properties of the treated steel satisfy the technical requirements of product and usage requirements.The process has been successfully applied in actual production.
