孤岛油田采油工程入井液对地层伤害因素的研究

摘    要:开发作业过程中,各种采油工程入井液进入油层后,由于入井液与油层固有的岩石和所含流体性质不配伍,或由于压差、温度等条件的改变,造成了对油气层的伤害。对采油工程入井液伤害油层的主要因素(矿化度、pH值、表面张力、固相颗粒尺寸、固相颗粒含量等)进行了试验研究;对现场采油工程入井液和室内配制的低伤害入井液的综合伤害率进行了评价,得到了各种因素对地层损害的影响规律,提出了避免或减轻入井液伤害储层的对策。

Abstract:During oil recovery, such working fluids as killing fluid, flushing fluid, fracturing fluid and perforation fluid. etc. . enter into oil reservoir and cause formation damage, because of the incompatibility with formation fluids or changes of pressure and temperature. This paper discusses the main factors of formation damage caused by oil recovery working fluids, such as salinity, pH value, surface tension, solid size and solids content, etc. The influencing tendency is obtained by evaluating the field fluids sample and lab-made sample, and a proposal of minimizing this kind of formation damage is presented.
