摘    要:介绍了某炼油厂加氢精制装置换热器E5104A/B腐蚀泄漏的特点和原因,经调查表明,换热器泄漏的主要原因是因为循环水中漏入了腐蚀性介质及有机物,对换热器产生了腐蚀。并提出了合理的腐蚀防护措施:加强对泄漏换热器的检查,隔离已经泄漏的设备,采用螺旋式折流板,对换热器进行表面的防腐处理。

Abstract:The characteristics and reason of the leakage of hydrorefining heat exchanger in a refinery was briefly presented.According to the investigation,the leakage of the heat exchanger E5104A/B was caused by corrosive substances and organic matter leaked in recirculating cooling water.Appropriate anticorrosion measures were proposed,such as Strengthened the inspection of heat exchanger leak,isolating the equipment leaked,heat exchanger with helical baffles and application of surface treatment.
