采煤机隔爆水冷三相电动机的设计

摘    要:根据生产发展需要,针对采煤机用防爆型水冷电机的要求,依据电机热量传递图调整了电磁负荷分布,使热源分布进行优化设计,使之更趋合理。散热水路采用了往复式水路,相应提高了电机自身散热能力。通过建立的热传导模型图对电机定子绕组温升进行了计算,并对电机轴和机座以及花键经过了强度校算。试验结果表明,设计的电机在现场运行良好,方法合理有效。
