摘    要:介绍了等离子点火技术的原理和系统设计。在锅炉起动和低负荷时采用等离子点火代替油点火和助燃,能满足锅炉升温升压要求,燃烧正常,节油显著。建议锅炉设计时采用小油枪点火系统和等离子点火系统相结合方式。

Abstract:The principle and system design of plasma ignition have been presented. During the time of starting- up and operating under low load of a boiler, plasma ignition can be used to substitute for oil ignition and for supporting combustion, satisfying the requirements of warming up and pressure rising, maintain normal combustion, and saving obviously the fuel oil. It is recommended that the mode of combining the small oil gun ignition system with the plasma ignition system can be adopted at the time of boiler design.
