基于亚像素技术的锥螺纹参数检测算法

摘    要:研究了一种基于亚像素技术的外螺纹几何参数计算。在获取螺纹图像的基础上,通过边缘检测算法获取螺纹轴剖面外轮廓的边缘。在已知边缘点Sobel算子八方位边缘梯度的基础上确定未知点的多项式插值的亚像素定位算法和基于螺纹外轮廓形状的曲线拟合对参数进行计算,并对螺纹的螺距等参数的求取过程进行了详细的阐述。实践证明,该算法具有较高的运算精度和较快的运算速度。

Abstract:The paper studied the calculation of geometrical parameters of exterior threads based on a subpixel technique. On the basis of thread image acquisition, the edge of axial-section contour threads was obtained through using the edge detection algorithm. After the edge points were obtained, the parameters of conical threads were calculated by using the sub-pixel location algorithm based on eight-direction furthermore edge gradients and the curve fitting algorithm with the contour of the conical threads, the acqui- sition of such parameters as tooth pitch and tooth depth was discussed. The technique has higher calculation accuracy and faster speed.
