高收缩腈纶膨体毛条的开发

摘    要:以沸水收缩率为29%的高收缩腈纶丝束和普通腈纶丝束为原料,在Seydel-679拉断机上采用拉断法生产高收缩腈纶膨体毛条,探讨了其制条工艺。结果表明:室温下,喂入展幅20cm,装筒高度40cm,冷却水出口温度13~16℃,热拉伸倍数1.3,预拉伸倍数1.22,后再割隔距125mm,前再割隔距110mm,拉断机速度160m/min,生产的高收缩腈纶膨体毛条汽燕收缩率达38%。

Abstract:Using high-shrinkage acrylic tow with boiling water shrinkage 29% and regular acrylic tow as raw materials,the high-shrinkage acrylic bulky top was produced via stretch-breaking technology on a Seydel-679 stretch breaking machine.The slivering process was discussed.The results showed that the high-shrinkage acrylic bulky top with steam shrinkage 38% can be produced at room temperature under the conditions of feeding width 20 cm,can charging altitude 40cm,cooling water outlet tem- perature 13-16℃,heat stretch ratio 1.3,draw down ratio 1.22,back recutting separation distance 125 mm,front recutting separation distance 110mm,stretch breaking machine speed 160m/min.
