摘    要:应用雷诺应力模型对轴流式水轮机轮缘间隙的三维紊流流动进行了雷诺平均N-S方程的数值计算与分析.对转轮直径为340 mm的5叶片轴流式水轮机在轮缘间隙为0mm、0.25 mm、0.5 mm、1 mm时分别进行了分析计算,分析了轴流式水轮机轮缘问隙对叶片压力分布、速度矢量、数值效率和间隙漏水量的影响,研究了轴流式水轮机轮缘间隙内流动规律,提出了轴流式水轮机轮缘间隙对轴流式水轮机优化设计的重要性.实例表明,用三维紊流数值模拟方法研究轴流式水轮机轮缘间隙是改进和优化轴流式水轮机设计的一个重要过程.

Abstract:In this paper,the numerical calculation and analysis for the three-dimentional turbulent flow in the rim clearance of Kaplan Turbine by using Reynold Stress Model for Reynold Equation were realized.The Kaplan turbine has 5 blades and nominal diameter of the runner is 340 mm,the calculation was separately finished when the rim clearance is 0 mm,0.25 mm,0.5 mm and 1 mm,the influence of the rim clearance to the press distribution of the blades,velocity vector,numerical efficiency and the clearance leakage was ...
