Exploration of Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence and Research on Faster-than-Light

Since 1960,scientists in USA have been explored extraterrestrial intelligence(SETI) and studied the motion by a speed faster than the velocity of light.These two domains clearly have internal connections.However,no remarkable achievements have been made in the exploration of SETI,and only a little headway has been made in the faster-than-light research.So it is only our assumption that a spacecraft can fly at the velocity of light or at a velocity faster-than-light.The most pressing task at present is to do experiments for the possibility of motion by a speed faster than light on neutron-particles and neutron-bodies.Neutrons or atoms are preferred to be used as the objects of study.
