新强煤矿急倾斜煤层综采工作面采煤工艺研究

摘    要:在分析优化工作面作业方式和回采工序的基础上,提出了适合新强煤矿急倾斜煤层综采工作面的合理开采工艺并进行了实践应用。结果表明:使用该开采工艺,新强煤矿五采区取得了显著的经济效益,工作面煤炭采出率由原来的78%提高到91%,同时大大改善了开采的安全条件并降低了工人的劳动强度。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of optimizing the mining face reasonable operation modes and recovery process,proposes reasonable mining technology and practice in steep coal seam of fully mechanized working face in Xinqiang coal mine.The results show that by using the mining process and No.5 mining area of Xinqiang coal mine made significant economic benefits,working face of coal recovery rate increased from the original 78% to 91%,while greatly improved the safety conditions of the mining and reduce the labor intensity of the workers.
