斜沟煤矿选煤厂提高精煤灰分稳定率的实践

针对斜沟煤矿选煤厂实际生产中出现的精煤灰分稳定率低的问题,通过生产状况分析及原煤结构分析,得出该厂入洗原煤煤质变化大,原煤质量的随机变化,是影响选煤厂精煤灰分稳定最主要的扰动源.另外入洗原煤有时夹带过多丝状物质,脱介筛筛板筛缝被堵塞造成介质循环系统不稳定,产品质量极难控制.该厂针对生产系统中存在的问题提出了一系列操作方法的改进及现场改造方法,取得了良好效果.

Practice on Improving Stability Rate of Clean Coal Ash Content in Xiegou Coal Preparation Plant

According to the problem which stable rate of clean coal ash content is low in actual production of Xiegou coal mine preparation plant,through analyzing the production status and coal structure,it is concluded that the plant into washing raw coal quality variation,the random variation of coal quality,this is the main disturbance source of impacting stable ash of clean coal in the coal preparation plant.In addition the raw coal into the washing sometimes with excessive filamentous material,demedium sieve seam is blocked,cause medium circulating system is not stable,product quality is extremely difficult to control.The plant for the existing problems of production system puts forward a series of operation improvement and field modification method and achieves good results.
