双机架平整机组平整液斑迹综合治理技术开发

摘    要:以梅钢1420双机架平整机组为研究对象,在对平整液斑迹形成原因进行深入分析的基础上,从管路改造与吹扫压力的优化、增强吹扫力度、喷梁与喷嘴角度的优化、接水装置的设计与安装、日常维护等五个方面入手,提出了一套适合于双机架平整机组的平整液斑迹综合治理技术,并将实应用到生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果,有效地清除了带材表面的平整液斑迹缺陷,提高了带材的表面质量,给现场创造了较大的经济效益,具有进一步推广应用的价值.

Abstract:To the problem of temper liquid spot in the process of wet temper rolling,with the 1420 double stands temper mill of MeiSteel as research subject,on the bases of depth analysis of the reason for temper liquid spot,from five aspects of the piping transformation and sweep pressure optimization,the reinforcement of sweep strength,the optimization of the degree of spray beam and nozzle,the design of water collecting devices and daily maintenance,a new set of comprehensive treatment technology for temper liquid spot was put forward for the double stands temper mill.It has applied to practice,a good result has been obtained.The temper liquid spot on surface of strip has been effectively eliminated,which greatly improved the surface quality of product.This can create huge economic benefit and is worth further extending.
