| 摘 要： | 在简单介绍湿平整工艺优越性的基础上,详细介绍和分析了梅钢1420双机架湿平整机组平整液喷淋及吹扫系统的组成、作用和特点.喷淋系统具有连续配液、连续供液、流量调整、喷射宽度调整的功能,可根据机组速度对带钢表面进行喷射流量调整,还可根据带钢宽度进行喷射宽度调整,可减少带钢边部带到出口侧的平整液.分析结果对于实际应用具有一定的参考价值.

| Abstract: | Based on the introduction of the advantanges of wet skinpass craft,the composition,function and characteristic of the wet skinpass spraying and blowing system of double stands wet skinpass rolling unit in Meishan Steel and Iron Plant are explained and analyzed in detail.The skinpass liquid spraying system has the functions of composing and feeding the skinpass liquid continously,adjusting the flow rate and spraying width.The spraying flow rate to the strip surface can be adjusted according to the rolling speed.The spraying width can be adjusted according to the strip width to be skinpassed,in order to reduce the amount of the skinpass liquid to be taken to the outlet of the skinpass stand.The anlysis results is beneficial to the practical uses. |
