筛末煤脱粉工艺的研究与应用

随着井下原煤产量和洗末精煤外运量的逐年攀升,洗煤过程产生的副产品-细煤泥的量也在成倍增长,煤泥水的处理已经成为制约洗选厂正常生产的瓶颈。通过对存在问题分析研究,发现大部分细煤泥主要来自于洗末煤过程,如果改善洗末煤车间入厂原料煤供应,可有效缓解这一难题,因此,有针对性地进行了技术改造,取得了良好效果。

Research and Application on Off Powder Process of Screening Slack Coal

With rising of raw coal output in the underground and shipments of cleaned powder coal year by year,by-product of coal washing process namely the amount of fine coal slime also increase several times over,slime water treatment has become bottleneck of restricting normal production in the washing plant.Through analyzing the existing problems,found that most of the fine coal slime mainly were from the process of slack coal washing,if the slack coal washing workshop improve supply of raw coal into the plant,can effectively relieve the problem,so carries out targeted technical transformation and achieves good results.
