高瓦斯薄煤层保护层开采技术研究

摘    要:根据沙曲矿的具体地质条件,通过理论分析,确定矿井北翼2#薄煤层做为下方3+4#和5 #煤层的保护层;针对2#煤层的赋存条件,研究了22201工作面的采煤技术,包括巷道布置、工作面主要设备和采煤工艺;设计了本煤层、下部3+4#煤层和采空区瓦斯的抽采方式.现场工业性试验证明,效果良好.

Abstract:According to the specific geology condition of Shaqu coal mine,puts forward the 2# thin coal seam is the upper protective seam of the 3+4# and 5# coal seam in the north of the Shaqu coal mine after analyzed the related theory,and studied the mining technology of 22201 working face,which including roadway layout,the main equipment of working face and mining technique,depending on the occurrence conditions of 2 # coal seam and designed the gas extraction method,which including the mining coal bed,the 3+4# coal seam and the goaf.The industrial test has proved it has obtained better effects.
