数控车床上圆弧螺纹的宏程序编程与加工

摘    要:主要讨论了在数控车床上对圆弧螺纹的加工.利用FANUC Oi-TC系统数控车床提供的宏功能为各种直径和螺距的圆弧螺纹加工编制了通用的数控车削程序,并详细说明了圆弧螺纹刀具选择和宏程序的参数设置方法.在程序中巧妙地结合了普通车床车削梯形螺纹时应用的各种工艺技巧,提供了一种有较高实用价值的加工程序.

Abstract:This paper discussed how to manufacture the circular thread on NC lathe.By the macro based on FANUC 0i—TC system,a general NC turning program for circular thread with different diameter and thread pitch was worked out.There were explanation for the choice of cutting tools and the parameters setting.Some techniques and skills applied to common lathe for turning circular thread were integrated dexterously in the program.This paper provides a practical and reasonable program for NC turning of circular thread.
