BP神经网络在矫直机弯辊控制系统的应用

摘    要:中厚板弯辊矫直是一个多变量、强耦合、非线性的过程,因此,建立精确的数学模型非常困难.针对此问题,提出利用BP神经网络作为辊式矫直机弯辊量控制器的解决方法.利用钢厂的经验样本训练隐层神经元为不同个数、训练函数和学习函数为不同函数的BP神经网络,从中选择学习速度快、稳定性好的BP网络作为辊式矫直机弯辊量的控制器.

Abstract:The straightening of medium and heavy plate is a multivariable,strong coupling and nonlinear process,establishing an accurately mathematical model is very difficult.For this issue,a solution regarding BP neural network as the bending roll controller of the straightener is proposed.Using the examples from steel factory trains the BP neural networks which have different number of hidden layer neurons,different training function and learning function.And then the BP network with quick learning speed and well stability is chosen as the bending roll controller of the straightener.
