摘    要:设计了一种高精度自动含气量测量装置.通过传感器及流量计对气体体积流量信号进行收集,再经过高速串行A/D转换芯片MCP3202进行A/D转换,转换后的数据由单片机送入片外RAM存储器.选用可串行编程的STC12C5410AD单片机来实现对数据的计算和分析,将测量结果存储在EEPROM中,等待PC机的响应,并最终将结果送给PC机,PC机负责显示流量曲线.

Abstract:In this paper,an automatic high-accurate gas-content meter was designed.The air volume signals were acquired by sensors and flowmeters,and the analog signals were transformed into digital signals by a high-speed serial A/D converter MCP3202.A single chip microprocessor STC12C5410AD programming with serial port was used to analyze the collected data and store them in the EEPROM.Finally,the data were put into the PC and the flow curve was displayed on PC.
